Go to the Log-In Page here and click Forgot Password.  Then enter your email and you will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

Live Calls generally are in the middle of the week, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday around 1:00pm (eastern United States time). Currently, the standard day and time for Live Calls is the second Tuesday of the month at 1:00pm (eastern US time). Days and Times may occasionally vary and are posted in the membership area.

The days and times for calls with Guests will vary based on the availability and schedule of the Guest.    

Live Calls will be recorded and uploaded to your membership area so you can access whenever it is convenient for you. There are specific Modules where Live Calls will be placed. Although we would prefer you attend the Live Calls, we understand life does not always cooperate with our desired schedules. We don’t want you to miss anything so you can access the calls at your convenience. 

Go to the Community area of Hip Recovery Masters and submit your question by posting it in the Circle for Ask Questions Here.  

From the Library page, you can click on the yellow Hip Recovery Masters Community link.  From the Content listing page, you can also click on the yellow Hip Recovery Masters Community link.

Members of Hip Recovery Masters can join the private Facebook Group – Hip Replacement Group: Hip Recovery Masters here.  This is a private group so you must request access within Facebook. You can access the group by clicking the link above or via the pink Hip Recovery Masters Facebook Group link on the Content listing page.

Content will roll off the membership area after being available for approximately 12 months.  This clears the way for new material each month without creating a membership experience over-cluttered with too much material.

Yes, you can cancel anytime by letting us know before the beginning of your next billing cycle. 

You also have the freedom to cancel your membership yourself in your Settings area. To reduce any risk to you, refunds can be requested within the first seven days of your original joining date. This means you have seven days for a risk-free trial. 

You can cancel in one of two ways.  First, you can send us an email at [email protected] at least two days before your next billing cycle and we will cancel your membership. Second, you can cancel your membership yourself by doing the following: 

• Log in
• Click on Hip Recovery Masters (the Library, not the Community)
• Click on your name or avatar on the top right
• From the drop down, click Settings
• Then click Billing Info near the top left
• Locate the subscription for which you are being billed
• Click on the ellipses (•••) on the right
• Then click Cancel this subscription
• Confirm you want to Cancel your Subscription
